Bacardi

Attention up 70%
Memory up 90%

3D creative for Bacardi. Measured by Grey Mattr using EEG, in an earlier study conducted prior to the WARC-published research.

The work

Bacardi is a spirits brand competing in an impulse-purchase category, where the point-of-decision advantage is measured in seconds. The task was to build a 3D execution that would win the attention moment and hold it long enough for the brand to encode.

3Rock delivered 3D creative built to the same specification that has produced 3Rock’s strongest neuro results: brand at the focal point, structured visual hierarchy, and depth used as a signal rather than decoration.

Active Attention

+90%

Memory Encoding

Bacardi 3D versus 2D equivalent

Memory encoding shows whether the brain is storing the moment, not just seeing it. In an impulse category, being stored at the moment of exposure is the edge that matters. A 90% uplift is not a marginal edge, it is a structural one.

Why it worked

The 3D bottle-forward moment is not a visual effect, it is a mechanism

When depth cues are paired with brand placement, the brain treats the stimulus as spatially significant and processes it more deeply. That is what produced the attention and memory numbers. The format alone would not produce this. The creative construction did.
